HISTORY
As evidenced by the main milestones in our Company development, we are steadily approaching our goal:
Founded in January 2007 as a customs broker (representative).
CTCS started as a cargo customs clearance provider and now offers a full range of logistics services to clients worldwide. These services include transportation of goods, multimodal freight forwarding, project logistics, certification, warehousing, marking and sorting, packaging, and loading/unloading.
CTCS owns temporary storage warehouses (TSWs) and has offices in every city in Western Kazakhstan and Almaty.
Our business is built on moral values, which guide us in all our operations. Trust, Respect, Culture, Responsibility, and Understanding are core values that guide our actions and decisions. We aim to create favorable conditions and find appropriate solutions to ensure that our work provides the greatest benefit to society. We respect social, economic, cultural, and ethical values, and we uphold our commitments to our employees, partners, clients, and the government. We understand the responsibility that comes with the trust they place in us by choosing to work with us.
CTCS Logistics goal is to become the top logistics company in Kazakhstan by establishing a broad network of our own offices to offer our clients comprehensive logistics solutions based on three core principles - Quality, Price, and Time.
As evidenced by the main milestones in our Company development, we are steadily approaching our goal:
Opening of the next TSW. The newly opened warehouse is the largest temporary storage warehouse in the Atyrau region, with both open and closed storage areas covering over 4000 sq.m. and over 500 sq.m., respectively. The temporary storage warehouse (TSW) is capable of accepting and handling cargo that arrives or departs by air or road transportation.
We opened a new branch in Almaty, which is a significant financial and cultural hub in Kazakhstan. We are just starting out on our journey, but we are confidently looking to the future with a goal to become a leader in the logistics industry and set the standard for excellence in this field.
We have opened a TSW for the placement, handling, and storage of cargo imported or exported by road. This TSW is a significant storage facility in the region, covering an area of 3,000 square meters. This enables us to offer services for large-scale transportation.
The operations of CTCS Logistics TSW (Temporary Storage Warehouse) started in December 2017. This bonded warehouse owned by CTCS Logistics is located at Atyrau International Airport and is specifically designed to handle, process, and store cargo that is imported or exported by airlines.
In a short period of time, offices appeared in three cities at once: Aktau, Aktobe, Uralsk. Thus, over the 5 years of its existence, CTCS Logistic has implemented a strategic plan for geographical presence in every city of Western Kazakhstan.
In 2009, CTCS Logistics signed its first major contract for rail freight forwarding and customs clearance with ASYN Group. Under this contract, we organized the transportation and import customs clearance of more than 300 gondola cars and 500 containers from China to Kazakhstan, where Karazhambasmunai, Buzachi Operating, PetroKazakhstan were the final recipients.
In February 2008, as part of a strategic plan to open its own offices in every major city in Western Kazakhstan, CTCS Logistics opened its first regional office in the city of Aksai, West Kazakhstan region. Over the years, we have served companies such as Halliburton and Baker Hughers as a subcontractor. Subsequently, and to this day, this office provides a range of logistics services for Weatherford and Schlumberger companies.
The first major client of CTCS was Panalpina World Transport, which was part of the international Panalpina group - one of the world leaders in project logistics and freight forwarding, represented at that time in more than 80 countries on 6 continents. Working with Panalpina, CTCS Logistics has been involved in many projects and provided freight forwarding, transportation and customs clearance services as a subcontractor for companies such as Halliburton, Weatherford, Baker Hughers, Agip KCO.
January 4, 2007 is a significant date - it was on this day that CTCS (Customs Transportation Consolidation Services) Logistics was registered in the city of Atyrau. The name CTCS was originally based on the company's activities - customer service in the field of customs clearance, transportation and freight forwarding.
